More organizations than ever are making conscious and active efforts to promote LGBTQ+ representation and inclusion. Greater diversity becomes more compelling as recent research* provides evidence that organizations with diverse workforces often achieve a competitive advantage in their marketplace as well as securing a more committed, productive, and happy workforce.

Global Careers is launching a campaign to promote LGBTQ+ recruitment worldwide. The campaign will include interviews, articles, and a unique ONLINE recruitment event where leading organizations will be able to engage with top LGBTQ+ talent.

To assist international organisations in accelerating diversity recruiting, Global Careers is organizing a unique Online Careers Event for LGBTQ+ talent on 21 July 2021. Multiple organizations will participate in the event and engage with talented and ambitious LGBTQ+ candidates looking for a new challenge.
Essential Criteria to access the event:
- Do you have more than 3 years of work experience (Excluding internships)?
- Do you hold a Master’s Degree as a minimum?
- Are you proficient in more than one language? (The official languages of the IDB Group are English, Spanish, Portuguese and French)
- Are you motivated to work for an international organisation or are considering returning to the sector?
- Are you a citizen of one of IDB Group’s member countries?
